How Can I Book My Party?
Simply contact us via our enquiry form with possible dates and characters for your Princess Party.
Once we confirm availability, we will send you an on-line booking form via email.

How Does Payment work?
To secure your preferred time, date and character, we require a secure deposit via bank transfer. The deposit amount depends on which package you choose. Here is a rundown of booking and payment;

4. Remaining Amount due via card in a confirmation call with your performer before your event.
Please be as detailed as possible when filling our our booking form. We also recommend making your deposit as soon as possible, your party isn't reserved until we receive it. Please allow 1-3 days deposit processing time.
When should I book my party?
It's never too early to book your party with Princess Parties Australia. To allow for deposit processing times we recommend booking no later than 1 week before your party. However, depending on availability, please call us if you have a last minute party request and we will try our very best to accommodate your party.
Our parties are suited for indoor locations due to sound and weather, We do prefer indoor parties but if your event is outdoors, please provide a comfortable, shaded seating area for the children and the Princesses.
What do I need to provide?
We take care of all of the props needed to entertain your young guests for your party. We only ask that you provide a cup of water for the temporary princess tattoo application, and have a table and chairs for the Princesses and children to sit and apply these.
Do we need music?
Our activities do not require music, however feel free to play any music you'd like!
How Many Children can I invite?
This all depends on which Princess Parties Australia package you choose.
We highly recommend no more than 5 children for our 1 hour package, 10 children for our 1.5 hour package and 15 children for our 2 hour package. But best of all our Royal Princess Package can cater up to 35 children! You can even add 30 minutes blocks to any of our packages if you would like more time with our princesses. We recommend these numbers to allow all of your guests to have their temporary tattoos applied and enjoy plenty of character interaction.
Our princesses are professional actors, however they can perform simple and beautiful face paint designs. Our paints are non toxic and easily wash off with water.
What areas do you serve?
We travel up to 30kms surrounding Brisbane for free. After the first 30km, a $1 per 1km travel fee per performer will apply. We do serve the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, with travel fees.

Can you attend other events and venues?
Yes absolutely. We have been invited to parties in halls, churches, cafe's, clubs, parks and homes. We have provided entertainment for markets, fetes, charity events, Christmas parties and balls. Contact us for more information regarding events.
Due to our performers traveling to your party, we have a 10 minute leeway for arrival in case of traffic or tight party scheduling. But don't worry! Our performer will stay for the entire length of your package.
Please call us if you need to cancel your party, but please note, your deposit is non-refundable.
If you wish to re-schedule or postpone your party please give us a call and we can help you with availability at no additional cost.
Our activities are very safe, but please note that Princess Parties Australia takes no responsibility for any accidents or damage caused during your party to your guests or your property. Our performers always treat your home and with your guests with care.
